摘 要:为了研究低聚壳聚糖对肉鸡血细胞数量、比例及血红蛋白含量的影响,本试验选用480羽1日龄AA肉鸡,随机分为对照组、抗生素组、试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组,每组6个重复,每个重复20羽。对照组饲喂基础日粮,抗生素组添加50mg/kg金霉素,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别添加20mg/kg和40mg/kg低聚壳聚糖,试验期42d。结果显示:21d时,试验Ⅰ组红细胞数和网织红细胞数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),单核细胞和异嗜性粒细胞比例均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组网织红细胞数和单核细胞比例均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。42d时,试验Ⅰ组血红蛋白含量及单核细胞、异嗜性粒细胞比例均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组异嗜性粒细胞比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但其它白细胞比例较对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),且抗生素组白细胞、红细胞和网织红细胞数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,日粮中添加20和40mg/kg低聚壳聚糖均能明显改善肉鸡血细胞数量、血红蛋白含量、单核细胞和异嗜性粒细胞比例,且以20 mg/kg添加量更为显著。In order to study the effect of oligo - chitosan on quantity and proportion of blood cells and hemoglobin content of broilers, 480 new - hatched AA broilers were randomly divided into control group, antibiotics group, experimental I and II groups after weighing with 6 repeats per group (n = 20). The control group was fed with basal diet, and the antibiotics group was added by 50mg/kg chlortetracycline, and the experimental I and II groups were respectively added by 20 and 40 mg/kg oligo - chitosan for 42d. The results showed: at 21d, the quantity of red cell and reticulocyte were significantly higher than that of the control ( P 〈 0.05), and the pro- portion of monocyte and heterophilic granulocyte were significantly higher than that of the control group in the ex- perimental I group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the quantity of reticulocyte and the proportion of monocyte was respectively sig- nificantly higher than that of the control in the experimental II group ( P 〈 0.05 ). At 42d, the hemoglobin con- tents and the proportion of monocyte and heterophilic granulocyte were significantly higher than that of control group in the experimental I group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the proportion of heterophilic granulocyte was significantly higher than that of the control group in the experimental 11 group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the quantity of white cell, red cell and reticulocyte were respectively lower than that of the control group in the antibiotics group ( P 〈 0.05 ), but the proportion of other white cells were not different ( P 〉 0.05). Above results indicated that addition of 20 and 40mg/kg oligo - chitosan can obviously improve the quantity and proportion of blood cell and the content, and the effect of 20mg/kg oligo -chitosan were more significante.
