万拉法新缓释片与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症对照研究

摘　　要：目的:比较万拉法新缓释片与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:将80例抑郁症患者随机分成万拉法新缓释片组(研究组40例,75～375 mg/d、po)与帕罗西汀组(对照组40例,10～20 mg/d、po)治疗,疗程6周,应用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)及不良反应症状量表(TESS)进行评定。结果:万拉法新缓释片组抗抑郁作用起效快,在第1、2周末HAMD评分低于帕罗西汀组(P<0.05和P<0.02)。经过6周治疗,两组有效率相当(P>0.05),两组不良反应均较轻微(P>0.05)。结论:万拉法新缓释片起效较快,是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药。Objective： To compare clinical efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine sustained-release tablets and paroxetine in treatment of depression.Methods： 80 patients with depression were randomly divided into venlafaxine sustained-release tablets group（40 cases,75mg ～ 375mg/d po） and paroxetine group（40 cases,20 ～ 40 mg/d po）,and each group was treated for 6 weeks.HAMD,CGI and TESS were adopted to evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects before and 1,2,4 and 6 weeks after the treatment.Results： Venlafaxine sustained-release tablets showed more rapid effects than paroxetine and HAMD score of venlafaxine sustained-release tablets was lower than that of paroxetine group 1 and 2 weeks after the treatment（P ＆lt; 0.05 and P ＆lt; 0.02）.6 weeks after the treatment,there were no significantly differences between the two groups in the total effective rates and side effects rates（both P ＆gt; 0.05）.Conclusions： Venlafaxine sustained-release tablets are a safe and effective antidepressant.
