奥氮平和利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:比较奥氮平和利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法:将126例老年精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别服用奥氮平和利培酮,疗程8周。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:奥氮平和利培酮疗效相当。奥氮平对阴性症状起效更快。结论:奥氮平和利培酮治疗老年分裂症疗效相当,奥氮平不良反应少而轻。Objective： To compare clinical effect and safety of olanzapine and risperidone in treatment of senile schizophrenia patients.Methods： 126 senile schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into olanzapine group and risperidone group,and then these patients received the treatment for 8 weeks.Positive and negative symptoms scale（PANSS） and treatment emergent scale（TESS） were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects,respectively.Results： The effects were similar between Olanzapine and Risperidone,but the negative symptoms improved more quickly in Olanzapine group than in Risperidone group.Conclusions： Olanzapine has a similar effect to Risperidone in the treatment of senile schizophrenia patients and has fewer and milder side effects.
