摘　　要：土地流转是实现农业产业化经营的前提。针对制约农村土地流转的权属不清、市场机制不健全、规模经营风险等因素,提出加强组织领导、确权颁证登记、加快流转市场建设、强化政策支撑等对策建议。The land transference is the premise for advancing the industrialization of agriculture. In re- sponse to factors restricting the circulation and rural land, such as ownership is not clear, the market mecha-nism is inadequate, the scale of business risk and others. This article proposes strengthening organizational leadership, certification of registration, the construction of speeding the transference market, strengthening pol-icy support suggestions.
