摘　　要：我国众多的竞技体育文化迷失现象伴随着竞技体育的快速发展而不断产生,主体懈怠、客体限制、环体局限与介体困扰成为竞技体育文化动员所必须面对的客观现实。加强竞技体育文化动员的组织引导,完善"体教结合",建立体育事件应急处置平台,优化竞技体育的制度结构,是走出当前竞技体育文化动员的困境和实现我国竞技体育可持续发展的路径选择。The competitive sport culture loss has occurred in the rapid development of competitive sport in China.The competitive sport has to face the subject sluggishness,object restriction,annulus restriction and medium inter ruption.The paper proposes to shake off the troubles and realize the sustainable development of the competitive sport in China through strengthening the organization and guidance of the competitive sport motivation,improving the integration of sport training and education,establishing the sport emergency treatment platform and improving the competitive sport system structure.
