我国中小学体育教师队伍建设10年追踪调查研究

摘　　要：对2000年至2010年10年期间全国中小学学生和体育教师人数的变化进行了深入地研究,结果表明,截至2010年,我国中小学缺少体育教师241 176人,缺额率达到50.17%。并据此提出了加大充实体育教师师资力量,扩大体育师资培养规模,提高体育教师地位待遇,加强兼职教师培训等建议。On the basis of investigation of number changes of the P.E.teachers in elementary and secondary schools in China in the years from 2000 to 2010,the paper reveals that the elementary and secondary school in China lack 241176 P.E.teachers by 2010,occupying 50.17% of the total.The paper proposes to increase P.E.teachers,im prove the training scale of the P.E.teachers,enhance the status of the P.E.teachers and strengthen the training of the part-time teachers.
