摘　　要：从中外游泳教员培养类别的分类、培训内容与考核方式入手,通过对比分析中外游泳教员培训类别、内容及考核方式的异同点,取长补短,借鉴国外游泳教员培训的成功经验,提出对策与建议,旨在提高游泳教员的培训质量。The paper analyses and compares the category,training content and assessment methods of different types of swimming coaches in China and abroad.The paper proposes to improve the training quality of the swimming coaches and promote the stardardized development of the swimming health-keeping market.
