民族药果上叶的生药性状及其显微结构观察

摘　　要：为给民族药果上叶的生药鉴定提供依据,采用徒手切片及光学显微镜观察方法,对果上叶的生药性状及不同入药部位的显微结构进行了研究。结果表明:果上叶根状茎和假鳞茎中的维管束均为有限外韧型,外侧有新月形或者半圆形纤维束,且假鳞茎横切面薄壁组织中存在清晰横格状细胞,粉末中可见针晶束等显著特征。果上叶药材的外观性状和内部构造可作为该药的鉴别特征。To provide a reference for pharmacognostic identification of ethnodrug Guoshangye, the cross section microstructure of medicine in different parts of the national drug-Guoshangye was studied by freehand section and optical microscope. The results showed that the rhizome and vascular bundle in pseudobulb were collateral. At the lateral, there were fiber bundle of crescent form or hemicycle, and clear cross lattice cells could be seen in pseudobulb, further more, raphid could be seen in medicinal power. The characteristics talked above could be used as the reliable identification of the drug.
