摘 要:为了探明油菜产量对品质性状的影响,以三北98和油研599为材料,采用正交旋转设计研究甘蓝型优质杂交油菜产量与品质性状的相关。结果表明:1)三北98和油研599油菜品种产量对品质性状的影响均以芥酸含量的变异系数最大,且2个品种的芥酸含量均低于2%,三北98为0.90%,油研599为1.24%;棕榈酸含量的变异系数最小。2)不同产量水平的品质性状,三北98廿碳烯酸的含量存在显著差异,油研599种子蛋白质的含量存在极显著差异,而2个油菜品种各品质组合性状间均无显著差异。3)产量与品质性状间的相关为芥酸、含油率与产量呈负相关,种子蛋白质、亚油酸、亚麻酸含量与产量呈正相关,硫苷、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、廿碳烯酸与产量的相关系数较小;产量与品质组合性状间的相关为饱和脂肪酸、脂蛋总量、不饱和指数、不饱和脂肪酸、18碳脂肪酸总量、不饱和脂肪酸总量与芥酸链脂肪酸总量之比、油酸与亚油酸之和与产量呈正相关,芥酸链脂肪酸总量与产量呈负相关。4)同一品种产量大幅度增加时,芥酸、含油量及芥酸链脂肪酸总量呈下降趋势,而种子蛋白质、亚油酸、亚麻酸、饱和脂肪酸、脂蛋总量、不饱和指数、不饱和脂肪酸总量、18碳脂肪酸总量、不饱和脂肪酸总量与芥酸链脂肪酸总量之比、油酸与亚油酸之和呈上升趋势。The correlations between yield and quality characters of Sanbei 98 and Youyan 599 (two high-quality hybrid Brassica napus varieties) was studied by the orthogonal rotation design to verify the effect of yield on quality characters in high-quality hybrid B. napus varieties. The results showed that: 1) The variable coefficient of the erucic acid content and palmitic acid content was the biggest and the smallest respectively and the erucic acid content of Sanbei 98 and Youyan 599 was 0.90% and 1.24% separately; 2) In the quality characters of different yield levels, there was significant difference in eicosenoic acid content in Sanbei 98 and very significant difference in protein content in Youyan 599 but there was no significant difference in different quality combination characters between the two varieties; 3) The content of erucic acid and oil was negatively correlated to yield and the content of protein, linoleic acid, linolenic acid was positively correlated to yield but the correlation coefficients between glucosinolates, palmmitic acid, stearic acid, eicosenoic acid and yield were small; There were positive correlations between saturated fatty acid, total protein and fat content,total oleic acid and linoleic acid, index of unsaturated fatty acid, unsaturated fatty acid, ratio of total unsaturated fatty acid to total fatty acid content of erucic acid chain,, total 18-Cfat acid and yield and negative correlation between total fat acid of erucic acid chain; 4) When the yield of the same variety increased significantly, the content of erucic acid, oil and total fat acid of erucic acid chain presented a declining trend but the content of protein, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, total oleic acid and linoleic acid, saturated fatty acid, total fat acid and protein, index of unsaturated fatty acid, unsaturated fatty acid, total 18-Cfat acid, ratio of total unsaturated fatty acid to total fatty acid content of erucic acid chain presented a rise trend.
