摘 要:为筛选防治二斑叶螨高致死率的虫生真菌菌株,为二斑叶螨杀螨剂的生产实践、广泛应用奠定理论基础,用5种虫生真菌7个菌株的分生孢子和芽孢子悬液,在温度27℃、湿度100%、浓度2×107个/mL条件下,对二斑叶螨雌成螨进行致死率筛选。结果表明:7d后,分生孢子悬液对二斑叶螨雌成螨的致死率从高到低依次为GZUIFR-Hl201001、GZUIFR-HL2010、GZUIFR-HL2008、GZUIFR-Bb2010、GZUIFR-Pc2012,芽孢子悬液对二斑叶螨雌成螨的致死率从高到低依次为GZUIFR-Hl201001、GZUIFR-Hl2008、GZUIFR-Hl2010、GZUIFR-Bb2010、GZUIFR-Pc2012、A3.4430、GZUIFR-Ps2010。菌株GZUIFR-Hl201001分生孢子和芽孢子的致死率均最高,分别是66.7%和100%。结论:虽然不同菌种或同种不同菌株以及同株不同培养方式所得的孢子对二斑叶螨雌成螨的致死率差别明显,但虫生真菌仍然是防治二斑叶螨极具潜力的微生物资源。For screening entomogenous fungi strains to control T. urticae, and providing a theoretical basis for production practice and widespread use of T. urticae acaricide, the highest mortality of the female T. urticae, which were infected by the conidia liquid and the blastospores liquid of the five entomogenous fungi strains, was screened under 27℃, humidity 100%, concentration 2 X 107/mL. The results showed that after seven days, the mortality from high to low of T. urticae infected by the conidia liquid was GZUIFR-H1201001, GZUIFR-HL2010, GZUIFR-HL2008, GZUIFR-Bb2010, GZUIFR-Pc2012 the mortality from high to low infected by the blastospores liquid was GZUIFR-HI201001, GZUIFR-H12008, GZUIFR-H12010, GZUIFR-Bb2010, GZUIFR-Pc2012, A3. 4430, GZUIFR-Ps201O. The highest mortality to the mite was achieved by the conidia liquid and the blastospores liquid of GZUIFR-H1201001, which were 66.7% and 100% respectively. Conclusion:the entomogenous fungi strains are potential resource to control T. urticae, although the mortality of female T. urticae varied significantly among the treatments with the spores from different strains and culture methods.
