摘　　要：本文以《江苏省乡(镇)级土地利用总体规划数据库标准》为技术依据,以连云港市新浦区为例,以第二次土地调查数据和乡(镇)级土地利用总体规划数据为基础数据,探讨了构建完整的乡(镇)土地利用总体规划数据库的技术流程,详细描述了规划数据库的建立、规划数据的处理与数据质量检查、成果图件的输出、省级数据库格式转部级数据库格式的具体方法,此方法的研究,可为全省乡(镇)级土地利用总体规划数据库建设提供技术支持,为更好地统筹土地资源的开发、利用和保护提供科学依据。In this paper, a comprehensive technology process for database of the Xinpu town-level general land use planning are discussed, which we use Jiangsu Province standard for database of the town-level general land use planning as the specification and take secondary survey data of land and planning data for the source data. The detailed contents are as follows. the building of planning database, processing and quality checking of planning data, the output of final maps, and the conversion from provincial format database to ministry format database. At last, this paper can provide technical support for the construction of Jiangsu Provincial planning database, contribute to the development, utilization and protection of land resources.
