生物安全型高压灭菌器在BSL-3实验室中的应用

摘　　要：文章以某BSL-3实验室为例,从系统构成分析了生物安全型高压灭菌器与普通灭菌器的异同,结合生物安全实验室相关规范和使用要求阐述了灭菌器操作流程,同时介绍了高压灭菌器灭菌效果与监测方法。In a BSL - 3 laboratory biological safety autoclave, from the system structure is analyzed and the similarities and differences between ordinary sterilizer, combining with the relevant specification and use of biological safety laboratory request sterilizer operating process are expounded, at the same time introduces the monitoring method of autoclave sterilization effect, provides the biological safety laboratory management and use of the operator reference.
