摘 要:在酸性介质中,痕量戊唑醇对类Fenton试剂与罗丹明6G的反应具有明显阻尼作用,且其阻尼作用大小与戊唑醇的浓度有关.据此建立了一种动力学荧光法测定痕量戊唑醇的新方法.考察了各种因素对测定方法灵敏度的影响.在最佳条件下,方法的线性范围为0.8-1.68μg/mL,检测限为0.224μg/mL .将该方法用于环境水样中痕量戊唑醇的测定,加标回收率与相对标准偏差分别在97.22%-106.25%和1.27%-1.48%之间.In the acidic medium,trace tebuconazole has obvious inhibitory effect on the reaction of Fenton-like agent with Rhodamine 6G. And the inhibitory effect was related to the concentration of tebuconazole. Based on this observation,a novel kinetic fluorimetric method for the determination of tebuconazole was proposed. The reaction parameters have been investigated in detail. In the optimal conditions,the linear range for the determination of tebuconazole is 0.8-1.68 μg/mL and the limit of detection is 0.224 μg/mL. The presented method was applied to the determination of tebuconazole in environmental water samples with the recoveries and RSD are 97.22%-106.25%and 1.27%-1.48%,respectively.
