摘  要:为探讨不同质量浓度核桃叶水浸提液对黄芩幼苗生长和光合作用的化感效应,通过盆栽试验,测定0,5,20,60和100 mg/mL核桃叶水浸提液对黄芩幼苗形态指标、生物量、叶绿素含量和光合作用的影响.结果表明:以质量浓度5,20,60和100 mg/mL核桃叶水浸提液处理后黄芩幼苗株高增量分别为5.06,6.01,4.18和4.06 cm.质量浓度为5和20 mg/mL核桃水浸液对黄芩幼苗具有促进干物质的增加,而100 mg/mL则表现出明显的抑制作用,单株鲜重、干重是仅为对照的35.60%,48%.同时,20 mg/L水浸液处理下黄芩叶绿素含量达最大值,提高了光合作用,但随着核桃水浸液浓度的增加,黄芩的叶绿素含量、光合速率、蒸腾速率都不同程度受到抑制.因此,核桃叶水浸提液对黄芩幼苗的生长、叶绿素含量及净光合速率和蒸腾速率的影响具有明显的浓度效应.Aiming to study the allelopathic effects of walnut leaves extracts on growth and photosynthesis of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. seedlings,a pot experiment was conducted to test growth and photosynthesis of seedlings with 0.5,20,60 and 100 mg/mL water extracts concentration. Under 0.5,20,60 and 100 mg/mL walnut extracts concentration,the stem length increment of seedlings was 5.06,6.01,4.18 and 4.06 cm respectively. Low concentrations (5,20 mg/mL) of walnut leaf extract stimulated the growth of seedlings significantly,while the stimulating effects on all receptors gradually decreased and even inhibited. As the concentration of the aqueous extract increasing to 100 mg/mL,walnut leaves water extracts showed significant inhibitory effect on fresh weight,dry weight of single plant,and the inhibition rate reached 35.60%and 48%. The chlorophyll content,photosynthesis rate and transpiration rate of the leaves with 20 mg/mL walnut leaves water extracts was the highest,While gradually decreased under high concentration. The effects of walnut leaves extracts on growth and photosynthesis of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. seedlings was different when treated by different leaching concentrations.
