摘　　要：针对某厂250 kt/a铜冶炼烟气硫酸装置净化工序存在污酸排放方式不合理,大量矿尘沉积在稀酸循环槽,导致循环酸夹带矿尘严重,堵塞上酸管路和喷嘴,烟气洗涤效果不好,以及影响后续生产等一系列问题,采取加大分流循环酸回酸量,并在分流的稀酸中加入絮凝剂强化重力沉降,上清液返回循环槽等措施,明显减少了循环酸中的矿尘含量,达到正常生产的工况要求。For a series of problems in the purification section of a 250 kt/a sulphuic acid production plant from smelter gas,including unreasonable discharge method of contaminated acid,accumulation of large amount of ore dust in the dilute acid circulation vessel,which has caused serious carryover of ore dust in circulating acid,plugging the acid supply pipe and nozzle,resulting in poor smelter gas scrubbing effect,and affecting subsequent production,measures are taken,including increasing the amount of diverting circulating acid return volume,and charging flocculants into the diverted dilute acid to strengthen the gravity settlement,and the supernatant liquid returning to the circulating vessel,etc.,which have significantly reduced the dust content in the circulating acid,and reached the requirements for normal production conditions.
