摘　　要：做好毕业生的就业信息跟踪调查工作,是高校提高就业率和就业服务质量的关键所在。加强对就业信息跟踪调查必要性的再认识,明确调查要求、调查内容和调查方法,并与工作实际相结合,对毕业生就业服务将起到重要作用。对毕业生信息跟踪调查内容设计、调查方法与途径、制度和教育体系建设、师资培养等进行分析、总结和探索,进而明确工作策略和有效方法,为高校整体提高就业服务工作水平提供重要的信息。It＇s one of the most effective operations to improve employment rate in colleges by perfecting the work on graduates＇ employment information tracking and to improve the quality of employment service. Based on having a good knowledge of the necessity of tracking, investigating graduates＇ employment information and perfecting the investigation of contents and clearing strategies of survey. This article elaborates the significance of tracking and investigating graduates＇ employment information and puts forward some strategies on tracking and investigating graduates＇ employment information. It also draws up a plan for more detailed investigation content in accordance with Guangdong Songshan Polytechnic College＇s development and the actual situation of this work in the college. This paper aims to put forward some strategies on tracking and investigating graduates＇ employment information by analyzing, summarizing and exploring the necessity on carrying this job.
