智慧城市背景下电信运营商业务转型发展探讨

摘　　要：城市化进程中产生了一系列问题,智慧城市的发展为解决这些"城市病"提供了有效途径。智慧城市建设契合了运营商业务转型需求,为运营商业务转型升级提供了新的机遇。本文从智慧城市背景和概念出发,介绍了智慧城市的目标和相关技术,分析了智慧城市产业链,总结了电信运营商智慧城市实践,提出了运营商在智慧城市发展中的定位和总体发展思路,面向智慧城市利益相关方规划了运营商智慧城市业务,最后对业务发展中的合作模式、商业模式、业务拓展和支撑保障等方面进行了探讨。Urbanization can cause a series of problems, and Smart City is an effective way to solve ＂urban disease＂. Smart City meets the business transformation needs of operators, and provides new opportunities for operators in busi- ness transformation. This paper introduced the background and concept of Smart City, analyzed industry chain of Smart City, summed up the telecom operators Smart City practice, discussed the position and strategies of operators in the Smart City development, planned Smart City services of operators, and studied cooperative mode, business model, busi- ness development and operation support for operators.
