摘　　要：介绍了一款排量为9 L、排放水平达到欧ⅢA的非道路用大功率柴油机的主要技术参数、总体设计方案及设计要点。该柴油机具有四气门气缸盖、电控单体泵燃油喷射系统、采用冷端阀的外部冷却EGR系统。这些先进的技术手段使该款柴油机达到了非道路用柴油机欧ⅢA排放标准,同时具有达到欧ⅢB排放标准的技术潜力,为行业内同类型柴油机的设计提供了有益的技术参考。The article gives a detailed introduction of the main technical parameters and overall design schemes and design points about the non-road big power engine whose displacement is 9L and emission level has achieved the standard of Euro stage ⅢA.This diesel engine has 4 valves cylinder head,electronic unit pump fuel injection system and external cooled EGR system that assembled on the cold end.All advanced design artifices make this type diesel engine achieve the European emission standard of stage ⅢA.This article can provide a beneficial technical reference for designing the same diesel engines.
