武钢5号高炉高风温技术的研究与应用

摘　　要：介绍了武钢炼铁厂5号高炉热风炉装备情况,通过对生产过程中影响高风温的主要因素进行分析,总结出5号高炉实现高风温的技术措施,包括交错热并联技术、转炉煤气掺烧技术、热风炉烧炉控制技术,高炉操作技术的改进。以上技术措施的实施,使5号高炉成功达到了1 200℃的风温水平。This paper introduced the hot blast stove equipment on No.5 blast furnace of WISCO.And by the analysis of the main effect factors of high blast temperature in ironmaking process,high blast temperature technical measures on No.5 blast furnace were summarized,which were main contained： hot interlaced parallel technology,convertor gas blend burning technology,burning control technology of hot blast stove and blast furnace operation improvement.By the implementation of these technical measures on No.5 blast furnace of WISCO,blast temperature reached 1 200 ℃.
