摘 要:实验研究了脱硫灰的掺量、质量以及筛后脱硫灰对复合粉(即脱硫灰与矿粉的混合粉)反应性能的影响。结果表明,脱硫灰掺量为1%时,可提高复合粉3d、28d抗折强度5.5%、1%,提高抗压强度7.3%、7.6%;Ca(OH)2的含量对复合粉的性能影响不大,从脱硫系统经济运行的角度,应减少Ca(OH)2的含量从而降低脱硫运行成本,筛后脱硫灰可提高复合粉28d抗折、抗压强度9.4%、4.4%。最后从SEM的角度分析了掺量1%的脱硫灰对提高复合粉性能的微观机理。In this study,affect factors of compound powder were discussed,such as the joined level,kind and screening to join.The result showed that: when the joined level is 1 %,which can improve the 3 days and 28 days break strength by 5.5 % and 1 %,compression strength by 7.3 %,7.6 %;the amount of Ca(OH)2 has less affect to the compound powder's performance,but considering economical operation of the desulfurization system,it should reduce the cost of the desulfurization by reducing the dosage of Ca(OH)2,desulfurized ash after screening can improve the 28 days break strength and compression strength by 9.4 % and 4.4 %.The final analysis of the desulfurized ash content 1 % to improve the micro mechanism of compound powder performance from the perspective of SEM.
