摘　　要：在少渣炼钢理论分析的基础上，结合我们厂100吨转炉冶炼低硅铁水的生产实际情况，探索出少渣炼钢工艺的操作特点，并将试验结果用于指导现场生产。实践表明，少瀣炼钢在降低渣料消耗、提高金属收得率等方面具有良好效果。Based on theoretical analysis of less slag steelmaking, combining practical conditions of steelmaking of low-Si hot metal in 100t converter in our plant, we ~found operational characteristics of less slag steelmaking technology and used experimental results to guide on-site production. Practice showed that less slag steelmaking has good effects to reduce slag material consumption and increase metal yield.
