摘 要:为提高厂界空气中铅分析的灵敏度和分析效率,采用氢化物发生原子荧光光度法快速测定空气中的铅含量。利用硝酸-过氧化氢体系在高温高压条件下进行微波消解,并与常用的湿式消解法进行对比。通过质控样及加标回收等实验,测定方法的精密度与准确度均达到要求。探讨了实验条件的影响因素,并对原子荧光仪器参数进行了优化。结果显示,本方法操作简单、结果准确,能满足工作场所空气中铅的检测要求。Pb in the air was determined rapid by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry to improve the efficiency and sensitivity of Pb analysis in the air of factories.Microwave digestion was happened in the nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide system with the conditions of high temperature and high pressure,and compared with commonly used wet digestion method.The precision and accuracy of the method measure up through quality control sample and standard addition recovery experiment.The influencing factors of the experimental conditions were discussed and the atomic fluorescence instrument parameters were optimized.The results show that the method is simple to operate,accurate,and able to meet the testing requirements of Pb content in the air of workplace.
