摘　　要：从信息技术方法学角度介绍如何利用信息化手段实现手术分级管理,详细阐述手术分级管理系统的构建流程,包括开发方法的选择、需求分析、系统设计等并讨论其应用效果。The paper from the aspect of information technology methodology introduces the approaches to realized operation grading management with detailed construction process, including the choice of construction method, requirement analysis, system design and so on. Then the application values are discussed.
