摘  要:本文建立了一种用离子色谱-电导检测器测定酱腌菜中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的方法。样品经超声提取、固相萃取柱净化、ionPac ASl9色谱柱分离,以梯度洗脱方式,用电导检测器检测。用该方法硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的检出限为0.03mg/kg和0.05mg/kg,方法精密度小于5%,回收率大于90%。适用于酱腌菜等高含盐量食品的亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐测定。This paper established a method using ion chromatography with conductivity detector for the determination of nitrate and nitrite in pickled vegetables. Samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction, refined by SPE column, separated by ionPac AS19, measureed with the conductivity detector through gradient elution mode.The nitrate and nitrite detection limit of method is 0.03mg/kg and 0.05mg/kg respectively.The precision of the method is less than 5%,the recovery rate is more than 90%.This measure applies to detect Nitrite and nitrate of high salt content foods(pickles etc).
