摘　　要：随着武警部队接收地方大学生到干部队伍中的数量不断增大,如何使地方大学生干部将所学知识转化为自身带兵的能力,处理好各种矛盾,协调好各方面的关系,尽快适应工作。值得各级党委和领导深思,笔者就地方大学生干部如何尽快适应部队工作谈点粗浅看法。With a larger number of local students being adapted to cadres,it is crucial for communist party committee at all levels and leaders to think over the following aspects： how to put knowlege into the troop-leading ability,deal with all kinds of contradictions,and coordinate the relationship of every aspects,so as to adapt to the work quickly.The author gives the opinion about the way for local college students＇ adaptation to the army quickly.
