摘　　要：据有关调查资料显示，心理危机已成为当前影响大学生的身心发展以及高校稳定的重要因素。因此，如何有效应对大学生的心理危机成为当今众多高校亟需解决的问题。本文主要从心理危机的根源、干预原则和策略、预防措施等方面对其进行深入的探讨。According to related survey data shows, the psychological crisis has become the current influence college students＇ physical and mental development as well as the key factors to the stability of colleges and universities as a result, how to effectively cope with the psychological crisis of college students has become the urgent problems of many colleges and universities in this paper, from the root cause of psychological crisis intervention principles and strategies for prevention measures for further discussion.
