摘　　要："资产阶级权利"实质上是"小资产阶级权利",而这种权利在共产主义第一阶段之所以存在,是因为在这一阶段虽然消灭了"他主劳动",但仍然局限在"必然劳动"的范畴内。而共产主义高级阶段则实现了从"必然劳动"到"自由劳动"的历史飞跃,劳动变成人的第一需要。只有在这一阶段,人才能完全超越"资产阶级权利"的狭隘眼界,实现"各尽所能,按需分配"。＂Bourgeois right＂ is essentially a ＂petty-bourgeois rights＂.This right existing in the first stage of communism is based on the reason that the pattern of labor in this stage is still＂necessary labor＂.Higher stage of communism will achieve a historic leap from ＂ necessary labor＂ to ＂ free labor＂.Only at this stage the human beings can completely transcend the narrow horizon of ＂bourgeois right＂.
