摘　　要：分析了内六角螺钉的结构特点和挤压成型工艺,制定了挤压成型工艺方案,选用了相应的挤压成型设备,设计了2副挤压模。试制结果表明,制定的挤压成型工艺方案可行,工艺参数选用准确,模具结构设计合理,挤压件性能优良。Through analyzing the structure characteristic and extrusion forming manufactur- ability of inner hexagon screw, the schedule of extrusion forming process was made, the selection of forming equipment was determined according to the process and two extru- sion dies were designed. The results showed that the process schedule is feasible, the pro- cess parameters are accuracy and the structure of the die is reasonable.
