摘 要:传统Quasi-Z源逆变器通过直通零矢量实现单级升降压,但随着输出电压的升高,电容电压越来越大,增加了对器件的要求。提出两种改进型Quasi-Z源逆变器拓扑,在保留传统Quasi-Z源逆变器优点的同时,具有以下特点:有效降低电容电压峰值及稳态电压;有效降低电路启动时电感电流峰值;有效降低器件要求,提高了系统可靠性。在理论研究的基础上,通过仿真结果验证了改进型Quasi-Z源逆变器的正确性和优越性。With pass-through zero vectors,the tradition of Quasi-Z source inverter has only once power transformation and can boost/buck the input voltage.However,rising of output voltage,the capacitor voltage which increases requirements for devices is increasing.The two improved versions of Quasi-Z source topology were proposed.These methods reserve the advantages and boost ability of traditional Quasi-Z source inverter,and the capacitor voltage stress,steady-state voltage and the peak inductor current during startup are reduced greatly.So the device requirements are reduced greatly and thus can help to improve system reliability.Based on the theoretical analysis,the simulation result for improved versions of Quasi-Z source demonstrates the correctness and superiority of the improved topology.
