摘　　要：通过对应用于石化PTA生产线上的西门子变频软启动系统的介绍,使读者了解西门子成套的蒸汽透平机,压缩机,膨胀机以及同步发电机组成的电控系统。并且对变频器和同步机的励磁机控制系统的结构进行了介绍,让读者进一步了解了最新的西门子大变频软启动技术和现状。同时介绍了西门子变频器GL150和同步机励磁的调试过程,对今后采用西门子大变频软启动器提供了经验和技术支持。对该控制系统成功地应用于石化PTA行业,起到了推广作用。The application status of Siemens variable frequency soft starter and excitation control system in PTA manufactory equipment was introduced,the electrical system constructed by the steam turbine,the compressor,the expander and the large synchronous was introudced to readers.Siemens converter GL150 and excitation control system of synchronous generators was also introduced.Further newest technology and development of Siemens large drive soft starter was shown to readers.By presentation of commissioning process of converter GL150 and synchronous excitation control system,a rich experience and technical support to apply this kind of soft starter was provided.It also effect to extend this application to petrochemical PTA industry field.
