摘 要:采用钛酸酯偶联剂TM-JTBT和氟硅烷偶联剂G502通过溶液共混法分别制备了两种不同的防污闪氟碳涂料,使用扫描电镜(SEM)、接触角测量仪、体积电阻率/表面电阻率测定仪、划格实验法及涂层铅笔硬度仪等对研究的氟碳涂料进行表征和测试,研究了不同偶联剂对氟碳涂料憎水性能的影响.研究结果表明:采用钛酸酯偶联剂TM-JTBT的氟碳涂层憎水性角度可达到115°以上,憎水性丧失及恢复性能优于氟硅烷偶联剂G502,其他性能指标满足防污闪要求.Two different antipollution flashover fluorocarbon coatings were prepared by fluorinated silane coupling agent G502 and titanate coupling agent TM-JTBT via solution blending. And in order to investigate the effect of coupling agent on the pollution flashover performance of fluorocarbon coatings, these fluorocarbon coatings were characterized and tested by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), contact angle measurement, surface and volume resistivity test, crosscut test and film coating pencil thickness meter. The results show that the hydrophobic angle of fluorocarbon coating surpasses 115°, hydrophobicity loss and recovery performance of fluorocarbon coating are better than that of fluorinated silane coupling agent G502, and other performance indexes meet antipollution requirements when titanate coupling agent TM-JTBT was added into fluorocarbon coating.
