摘  要:目前国内学术界围绕教授治校、教授治学问题进行着既富历史感又具中国特色的争论。从教授治校到教授治学的话语转换,是大学、大学教授面对历史变革时基于生存和发展目标而做出的实用主义选择。但教授治校、教授治学的变革逻辑表明,两者都处于本质性变革之中,皆如流沙之上的浮石,危机重重且不可靠。有关教授治校、教授治学的争论,反映了大学、大学教授在变革背景下遭遇合法性危机的现状,折射了大学教授的群体性焦虑和文化悲剧意识。There is a debate about faculty governance and professor's academic governance in today's China. The transfer from faculty governance to professor's academic governance is a special topic with Chi- nese characters, and it is also a historic choice of universities and professors for life and development. The change logic of faculty governance and professor's academic governance shows that they are all undergoing major transformation and adjustment, and they are all unreliable. This debate not only gives expression to the crisis of legitimacy of universities and professors in the time of changes, but also discloses the faculty's collective anxiety and their tragic view of culture.
