摘  要:在Windows CE平台上搭建了基于振动信号的电力变压器故障诊断系统。用数据采集卡实时采集变压器的振动信号,并利用快速傅立叶变换、能量谱、希尔伯特-黄变换等对其进行分析,绘制出实时的时域波形图、频谱图、能量谱图、核心频率柱形图以及希尔伯特-黄谱线图,得出变压器的运行状态:正常、故障以及故障类型,并进行故障预警。在动模实验室对变压器进行试验,该监控系统能够实现监控和故障诊断功能。The on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system for power transformer based on its vibration is built on Windows CE platform. The system uses the data acquisition card to collect its vibration data, analyzes it by Fast Fourier Transform,power spectrum,Hilbert-Huang Transform, and draws the real-time curve in time domain, spec- trogram, power spectrum, core frequency Column Chart and Hilbert Huang spectrum. By analyzing its vibration the operation conditions of power transformer are obtained as safe or fault. If the power transformer is operating in fault condition, system will analyze the fault type of the transformer, then gives a fault alarm and keeps a transformer fault log. The system can effectively monitor and diagnose faults by testing in the dynamic model and simulation laboratory.
