摘　　要：针对某电厂高压加热器上端差过大的问题,通过分析找出了上端差过大的原因是高压加热器水室隔板处有漏泄,给水形成"短路",提出对高压加热器隔板进行更换、补焊堵漏、更换垫片、上张紧螺栓等处理方法。改造结果表明:每年可节约供电成本75.8万元,节能效果明显。FAiming at the problem of upper end differential larger than normal in high pressure heat er of a power plant,by analyzing finds out the fault cause is the water chamber clapboard of high pres sure heater occurring leakage,feed water cutting out,and puts forward the treatment method such as to replace or weld the clapboard,change the pad and fasten the bolt.The improvement result shows that the effect of energy saving is obvious,which can save 758 000 yuan yearly.
