摘　　要：目的：探讨护理干预应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的方法及护理要点。方法：将笔者所在科室收治的拟行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的100例患者随机分为常规护理组和护理干预组,分别给予相应护理措施,对患者术后的恢复及并发症进行统计。结果：术后1~30d两组患者在术后康复、并发症发生等方面比较差异明显。结论：早期系统的护理干预能促进患者快速康复,减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用。Objective：To explore the nursing intervention methods and nursing points of patients in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method：To the author’s department of the fitting line of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital 100 cases of patients were randomly divided into routine nursing group and nursing intervention group,respectively give corresponding nursing measures,the patient’s postoperative recovery and complications.Result：Postoperative 1 ~ 30 d two groups of patients’ recovery after surgery,complications and so on comparative difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Early nursing intervention can promote the rapid recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten hospital stay,reduce the medical cost.
