局麻下内痔自动套扎配合中药治疗内痔的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察局麻下内痔自动套扎配合中药治疗内痔的临床效果，回顾性分析在局麻下行内痔自动套扎配合中药治疗135例内痔患者的临床资料。结果显示，135例中，治愈127例，有效8例，总治愈率94．1％，总有效率1。0％。结果表明，局麻下内痔自动套扎配合中药治疗内痔，疗效确切，效果良好，并发症少，无后遗症。In order to investigate the clinical effect of under local anesthesia Ruiyun procedure for hemor- rhoids cooperated with postoperative Chinese medication for treating internal hemorrhoids, authors retro- spectively analyzed the clinical data of 135 cases who had received this combination therapy. As results,a- mong the 135 cases 127 were cured, 8 of response, total curative rate was 94.1%, total effective rate was 100%. Results show that this combination therapy for internal hemorrhoids has certain effect, better out- come,less complication,and no sequalae.
