加味二妙散合剂超声雾化在痔术后的临床应用

摘　　要：为观察加味二妙散合剂超声雾化对痔术后肛门疼痛、手术创面平均愈合时间的影响，将痔术后患者100例随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例。两组患者术后排便后均予痔宁洗剂坐浴及肛门常规换药，治疗组在上述基础上创面配合加味二妙散合剂超声雾化。观察两组创口疼痛及创面平均愈合时间。结果显示，治疗组在痔术后肛门疼痛、创面平均愈合时间方面均优于对照组。结果表明，加味二妙散合剂超声雾化能有效地减轻痔术后肛门疼痛、缩短手术创面愈合时间。This study was to investigate the influence of Jiawei Ermiao San （compound traditional Chinese medicine） nebulized by ultrasound on postoperative pain of anus,average healing time of wound-surface. The 100 postoperative patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases for each;after postoperative defecation both groups all patients adopted sitz bath with Zhining lotion and rou- tine dressing change for anus, then in treatment group Jiawei Ermiao San nebulized by ultrasound was spraied on the wound-surface of anus;the pain status of anus and average healing time of wound-surface in both groups were observed and compared. As results, the postoperative pain, healing time of treatment groups were all superior to control group. It is concluded that Jiawei Ermiao San nebulized by ultrasound can effectively relieve postoperative pain of anus,shorten healing time of operative wound-surface.
