摘　　要：目的观察手法复位联合土家药活血接骨膏外敷治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法将200例桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为治疗组(102例)和对照组(98例),手法复位后治疗组外敷土家药活血接骨膏,对照组口服接骨七厘片,治疗5个疗程(7 d为1疗程),观察两种治疗方法在骨折肿胀消退、疼痛缓解时间、骨折临床愈合及骨性愈合情况,采用Gartland和Werley评分标准进行疗效评定。结果两组在骨折治疗后肿胀消退时间、疼痛缓解时间、骨折临床愈合、骨性愈合、总愈合率及腕关节功能比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手法复位联合土家药活血接骨膏外敷治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效显著,具有简、便、廉、并发症少的特点。Objective： To explore the effective method of manipulative reduction combined with Tujia Medicine Huoxuejiegu Ointment in the treatment of distal radial fractures.Methods： 200 cases of patients with distal radius fracture were randomly divided into the treatment group with external application of Tujia Medicine Huoxuejiegu Ointment and the control group with oral Jieguqili Tablet.After 5 courses of treatment which was 7 days a course,the effects of 2 groups were evaluated by the Gartland and Werley scoring criteria.Results： In the two groups after treatment,fracture the swelling time,pain relief time,healing,healing,the healing rate and function of wrist joint fracture in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Manipulative reduction combined with Tujia Medicine Huoxuejiegu Ointment external application in the treatment of distal radius fracture curative effect is simple,low-cost,less complication,characteristics and fully embodies the advantages of national medical characteristics.
