摘　　要：【目的】探讨腹腔镜胃癌根治术对T细胞亚群及CRP、IL-6表达的影响。【方法】观察2005年11月-2012年11月实施的32例腹腔镜胃癌根治术(观察组)及32例开腹胃癌根治术(对照组)患者T细胞亚群及CRP、IL-6表达水平的变化。【结果】与对照组相比,观察组患者进食快,肛门排气时间早,术后疼痛率低,术后住院时间短,并发症少(P<0.05)。术后7 d观察组CD4+T细胞较对照组降低的少,CD8+T细胞及CD4+T/CD8+T明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术后3 d对照组CRP、IL-6表达水平较观察组升高更明显,术后7 d观察组CRP表达水平降低则较对照组明显(P<0.05)。【结论】腹腔镜胃癌根治术对患者机体损伤小,对患者术后免疫功能影响小,是一种理想的治疗胃癌的术式,值得广泛推广和应用。[Objective] Discussion on T cell subsets and laparoscopic gastric cancer radical effect of CRP and IL-6. [Method] Observed in November 2005 - November 2012 on the implementation of 32 cases （observation group） and 32 cases of laparoscopic gastric cancer radical open （control group） in patients with gastric cancer radical T cell subsets and CRP, IL-6 expression level changes. [ Results] Compared with control group, the observation group of patients to eat fast, earlier anus exhaust time, postoperative pain rate is low, short postoperative hospital stay, fewer complications （P 〈 0.05）. After 7 d observation group of CD4 ^＋ T cells was lower in less, CD8 ^＋ T cells and CD4 ＋ / CD8 ^＋ T significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）; Postoperative 3 d control CRP, IL-6 expression level increased more significantly in the observation group, the observation group after 7d CRP expression level lower than the control group significantly （P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] For patients with laparoscopic gastric cancer radical damage is small, impact on the postoperative immune function in patients with small, is an ideal treatment of gastric cancer surgery, deserves to be widely promotion and application.
