海波草地早熟禾品种比较试验

摘　　要：2007～2009年,在天水甘谷完成海波草地早熟禾的品种比较试验,试验结果表明:该品种青绿期≥300d,坪用性状综合评价得分8.1分,为优。生长速度(0.58mm/d)缓慢,抗旱性强(年需水量为0.55t/m2左右),可节约养护成本50%。分蘖数393个/100cm2、密度31株/100cm2、单株分蘖数12.68个/株,三项指标均高于对照品种。游离脯氨酸含量81.5634μg/g,丙二醛含量0.0025μmol/g,可溶性糖含量4.5063%,与对照品种差异显著(P<0.05)或差异极显著(P<0.01),表明该品种具有明显的抗旱性和抗寒性。叶绿素总含量22.12mg/L,平均叶宽0.37cm,色泽较深,建坪的景观好。The varieties comparison test with Poa pratensis L.cv.Haibo was conducted in Gangu County,Tianshui City in 2007~2009.The results showed that the variety had the long green period（≥300d）,slow growth rate（0.58mm/d） and strong drought resistance（annual water demand is about 0.55 t/m2）,which can save 50% of maintenance cost.Tiller number was 393 /100 cm2,density was 31plants /100cm2,the tiller number per plant was 12.68.The three indicators were higher than the control variety.Free proline content,malondialdehyde,soluble carbohydrate content were 81.5634 μg / g,0.0025 μmol / g and 4.5063% respectively,there was a significant difference（P 0.05） and highly significant difference（P 0.01） compared with control.This variety showed good traits on drought and cold tolerance.Total chlorophyll content was 22.12 and average leaf width was 0.37cm,showed darker color and good landscape.
