摘　　要：作为培养医学人才的主要场所，医学院校的办学模式、教学方法、教学质量在培养合格医学人才的过程中发挥着重要作用。本文介绍和分析了日本大阪滋庆学园高等职业医学教育的办学模式的特点和经验，为我国高等医学教育改革提供了借鉴和参考。Medical colleges and universities as the main places of cultivating medical personnel, whose running mode, teaching methods and teaching quality play an important role in the training process of qualified medical students. In this paper, the characteristics of running mode and experience of the higher vocational medical education in Osaka ZiQing~ academy of Japan will be introduced and analyzed. It provides the beneficial reference for the Chinese higher medical education reform.
