摘 要:为解决锦屏—苏南±800kV渝3标段展放标称截面900mm2导线时出现的导线上扬问题,通过分析上扬机理、模拟试验及现场试验等,找出了克服大截面多分裂导线上扬的新方法,使导线上扬问题得到有效解决。通过受力分析,推导出克服上扬力的计算公式,选择克服导线上扬用工器具。此方法在工程应用中保证了导线施工质量,提高了放线速度,降低了放线不安全因素,取得较好效果。In order to solve the conductor updip problem during the tension stringing of conductor with 900 mm2 nominal cross section occurred in Chongqing Section 3 of ± 800 kV Jinping-Sunan power transmission project, a new method that could overcome and effectively solve the updip problem of large cross-section bundled conductor has been found, through the analysis on updip mechanism, simulation tests and field tests. Then, through the force analysis, the calculation formula to overcome the updip force was deduced, and the apparatus that could overcome the updip problem were chosen. In the engineering application, this method could achieve good effect in construction, such as ensuring the conductor construction quality, improving the stringing speed, and reducing the unsafe factors of stringing.
