摘  要:目前国内外对于直流改造工程评价标准的研究还处于摸索阶段,尚未形成统一、规范的评价标准。为了全面、有效地评价直流改造工程,结合此类工程属于直流工程,又区别于新建工程的特点,从项目过程评价、项目经济评价、项目影响评价、项目技术评价和项目目标评价5个方面构建了直流改造工程评价体系,并针对经济效益、系统可靠性及三方满意度提出直流改造工程特性评价指标。该直流改造工程评价体系对于全面、客观地评价直流改造工程的优劣具有一定的参考价值。Currently, the research of evaluation standard of DC reconstruction project is in the exploratory stage, in which there is no uniform and normative evaluation standard. In order to comprehensively and accurately evaluate DC reconstruction project, combined with the characteristics of this kind of project, which belongs to DC project, but is different from newly constructed project, the evaluation system has been built from five aspects: process evaluation, economic evaluation, influence evaluation, technology evaluation and target evaluation. Then, the characteristic evaluation indices were proposed based on economic evaluation, reliability of power system and three-party satisfaction, which could have a certain referencial value for the comprehensive and objective evaluation on DC reconstruction project.
