摘 要:电力设施的抗震能力决定地震中电网的供电安全。根据芦山地震的特点和对电力设施震害的调查,结合对GB50260—1996及GB50260—2013《电力设施抗震设计规范》的设计谱、特高压电气设备抗震设计谱和芦山地震记录加速度反应谱的对比,分析电力设施,尤其是电气设备的破坏原因,进一步提出改进建议,希望尽快提高电气设备的抗震能力,确保我国电网的地震安全。The power supply security in earthquake is determined by the anti-seismic capacity of power facilities. According to the characteristics of the Lushan earthquake and the investigation on the damage of power facilities, the damage reasons of power facilities, especially electrical equipments were analyzed, combined with the comparison of the acceleration response spectra of Lushan earthquake records, the anti-seismic design spectra of UHV electrical equipments and the design spectra of "Code for seismic design of electric power facilities"( GB 50260-96, GB 50260-2013 ). Suggestions for improvement were put forward to improve the anti-seismic capacity of electrical equipments as soon as possible, in order to ensure the safety of power grid in earthquake.
