摘　　要：衡量社会发展进步的标志,就是文明程度的高低,文明也是人类改造世界的物质成果和精神成果的总和,是社会进步和人类开化进步状态的标志。而生态文明,是"文明"一词涵义中的应有之意,是人类文明发展到一定阶段不可或缺的内容。生态文明,是在当下大工业背景下,对受到人类侵害的生态环境进行恢复至环境的原生态、修复至尽可能适宜人类生存的良好生态环境、停止和减轻当下正在侵害环境的行为,以维持生态环境自我更新能力,实现可持续发展。胡锦涛在党的十八大报告中提出"大力推进生态文明建设",把生态文明建设作为中国共产党的重要任务专章提出,也是基于生态文明的内涵是可持续发展的基础。The symbol of social development and progress is civilization;civilization is the sum of material and spiritual achievements of human world transformation,and is a sign of social progress and human civilization progress.Ecological civilization,is ＂civilization＂ in the meaning of the word meaning,and is an integral part of human civilization development to a certain stage of the content.Ecological civilization,in the current industry background,is to restore to the original ecological environment on the ecological environment by human invasion,repair as much as possible for human survival of the good ecological environment,stop and reduce behaviors which is violating the environment,in order to maintain the ecological environment of self renewal capacity and achieve sustainable development.Hu Jintao in 18th CPC National Congress put forward ＂to vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization＂,and ecological civilization construction as an important task of the Communist Party of China was put forward in a special chapter,which is based on the connotation of ecological civilization,and is the basis of sustainable development.
