摘　　要：目的:调查并分析孕妇实验室检查结果,建立其参考值。方法:分别统计孕妇实验室检查项目的结果,分析趋势及原因。孕妇的Hb、WBC、PLT、ALT、AST、BUN和Cr参考值以此次就诊的543例作为抽样个体。结果:孕妇的实验室指标与正常人存在一定差异;某些实验室指标近几年也存在一定变动。结论:应建立孕妇实验室正常参考值,特别是Hb、WBC、PLT、ALT、AST、BUN、Cr等,以便医生准确诊断。实验室指标的变动对临床有一定的参考价值。Objective： To investigate and analyze the laboratory results of pregnant women to establish the reference values.Methods： The reference values of Hb,WBC,PLT,ALT,AST,BUN and Cr of 543 pregnant women were statistically analyzed respectively,and then the trends and causes were analyzed.Results： There were a certain differences in laboratory indexes between pregnant women and normal women;and in recent years,some laboratory indexes changed.Conclusion： Normal laboratory reference values of pregnant women should be established,especially Hb,WBC,PLT,ALT,AST,BUN any Cr,so the doctors can diagnose accurately.The change of laboratory indexes has a certain reference value in clinic.
