摘　　要：目的:探讨产前超声心动图诊断胎儿心血管畸形的临床价值。方法:将2 861例孕妇进行胎儿超声心动图检查,并随访所有胎儿尸解或产后超声心动图结果。结果:产前超声心动图诊断心血管畸形106例,畸形发生率为3.7%,其中75例经引产尸解或产后超声心动图证实,42例伴有其他结构异常。产前超声心动图检查未发现异常胎儿2 755例中,产后超声心动图检查发现心脏畸形7例。结论:产前超声在诊断胎儿心血管畸形尤其复杂畸形中具有重要临床价值,可为胎儿宫内监测及产前干预提供基础和依据。Objective： To explore the clinical value of prenatal echocardiography for diagnosis of fetal cardiovascular malformations.Methods： A total of 2 861 pregnant women were examined by echocardiography,all the results of autopsy or postpartum echocardiography of fetuses were followed up.Results： A total of 106 cases were diagnosed as cardiovascular malformations by prenatal echocardiography,the incidence rate of cardiovascular malformations was 3.7%,75 cases of them were confirmed by autopsy or postpartum echocardiography and 42 cases were found with other structural abnormalities.A total of 2 755 cases were found without cardiovascular malformations by prenatal echocardiography,but 7 of them were found with cardiovascular malformations by postpartum echocardiography.Conclusion： Prenatal echocardiography has important clinical value in diagnosis of fetal cardiovascular malformations,especially in complex malformations,which can provide a basis and evidence for fetal intrauterine monitoring and prenatal intervention.
