脓毒症小鼠CD14^＋单核细胞CD16（FcγRⅢ）表达对预后的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨脓毒症时小鼠CD14^＋单核细胞CD16表达强度与预后的相关性.方法 雄性昆明鼠30只,随机分为3组（n=10）：正常对照组、脓毒症组、严重脓毒症/感染性休克组.于CLP术后48 h取血备用.流式细胞仪检测各组CD14^＋单核细胞中CD16的表达水平.结果 严重脓毒症组单核细胞CD16表达明显高于对照组和脓毒症组（P〈0.05）;脓毒症组单核细胞CD16表达与对照组比较差异无统计学意义.结论 严重脓毒症时,小鼠血液单核细胞CD16表达明显增加,CD16的表达与预后密切相关.Objective To discuss whether the expression of CD16 in CD14^＋ monocyte affect the prognosis of septic mice. Methods Thirty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups（n =10）： control group, sepsis group, severe group. We got the blood samples at 48 h after CLP, and detected the expression of CD16 in CD14^＋ monocyte by using flow cytometry. Results The expression of CD16 in CD14^＋ monocyte were higher in the severe sepsis group than in sepsis group, and did not have any differences between sepsis group and control group. Conclusion The expression of CD16 in CD14^＋ monocyte increase in severe sepsis, and do affect the prognosis.
