气相色谱法测定苍术中有效成分β-桉叶醇含量的方法学研究

摘　　要：目的 :建立苍术药材中有效成分 β 桉叶醇的含量测定方法。 方法 :气相色谱法 ,不锈钢柱 3mm× 2m ,固定液 15 %QF 1,载体ChromosorbWAW( 80～ 10 0目 ) ,氢火焰离子检测器 ,气化室温度 2 10℃ ,柱温 174℃ ,载气5 0ml min-1氮气 ,空气 49kPa ,氢气 5 8.8kPa。结果 :平均回收率为 10 0 .7% (n =5 )。结论 :该法可用于苍术药材的质量控制。Objective:To establish methodologicaiiy a method for quantitative determination of β eudesmol in Atractylodes lancea .Method:GC,column:3 mm×2 m;stationary phase:15% QF 1;support:Chromosorb WAW(60～80mesh);detector:hydrogen flame ionization detector;injection chamber temperature:210 ℃;column temperature:174 ℃;carrier gas:N 2:50 ml·min -1 ,air:49 kPa,H 2:58.8 kPa;sensibility range:10 2×64;chart speed:2.5 mm·min -1 .Result:Average recovery ratio is 100.7% ( n =5).Conclusion:This method can be used to control the quality of A.lancea . [
