高同型半胱氨酸血症合并肺朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增多症患者的护理

摘　　要：总结了1例高同型半胱氨酸血症合并肺朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增多症患者的护理。患者体型消瘦,活动耐力差,反复发作气胸,双侧下肢静脉血栓形成。护理要点集中在三腔引流瓶的护理,指导呼吸功能锻炼,下肢深静脉血栓的护理,饮食护理,心理护理,健康教育。经过医护人员周密的治疗和护理,入院35d后患者症状缓解,病情平稳出院。This paper summarizes the nursing care of a patient with hyperhomocysteinemia and pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis. The patient is thin with poor activity endurance,recurrent pneumothorax and bilateral lower extremity venous thrombosis. The key points in nursing were care of three cavity drainage ,guidance of respiratory function training,care of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity,diet nursing,psychological nursing and discharge education. The patient＇s symptom was relieved and was discharged from the hospital after 35 days of treatment.
